Right of withdrawal

Returns are possible within 15 days:

  • Products must be in their original condition and have the original labels and tags.
  • The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
  • The items to be returned must not show any signs of use.

Please note: If the returned items do not meet these conditions, unfortunately we will not be able to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through our fault.

Always make sure your package has a tracking code. Lost returns will not be refunded if there is no proof of postage with a tracking code. Returns by post without a tracking code are at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email that we have received your return. We will refund the purchase amount to your account within a few days of processing your return.

Cancellation of orders

You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing the order. After 5 minutes, our orders are stopped in the processing process and cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

Returns are always at the sender's risk and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Wrong item or wrong size?

If you received the wrong item or size, we will send you the correct item for free!
